As a member of the Global Team, you will primarily focus on reaching out and securing customers and partners in the US. Beginning with Corporate markets in the US, you will identify other key markets and plan go-to-market strategies to acquire new customers. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will build and maintain client relationships, set up demos and presentations, draft sales proposals, brand marketing materials to increase brand awareness, and you will become the main point of contact for customers.

We are seeking a results-driven Global Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team and expand our footprint in the US market. This role is perfect for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the tech industry. As a front-line representative of CLASSUM, you will be instrumental in driving growth, building lasting client relationships, and achieving sales targets.


In this role you will get to:

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market (Plan Go-to-Market Strategy)
  • Quickly identify challenges that our prospective customers face and discover the best inbound marketing solutions for their business
  • Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
  • Plan and execute conferences and trade shows


We are looking for people who:

  • Have relevant full-cycle sales experience
  • Have the desire and commitment to do what it takes to be successful in sales
  • Self-motivated and a team player with GRIT (Growth, Resilience, Intrinsic Motivation, Tenacity)
  • Have a positive outlook, growth mindset and a strong ability to take responsibility for their successes and failures
  • Have strong communication skills both online and in-person
  • Excellent presentation and written skills.
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills


What are the role requirements?

  • Fluency in English and Korean
  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in the U.S.
  • Ability to self-start projects, create and/or select relevant content, articles, events, newsletters and more to help provide value to sales contacts


What are the preferred qualifications?

  • Experience in working at a startup (fast-paced environment)
  • Experience in working in the HR Tech industry
  • Experience using CRM, other marketing, and AdTech tools a plus
  • Experience in planning and executing conferences and trade shows
