As a member of the Global Team, you will primarily focus on reaching out and securing customers and partners in the US. Beginning with Corporate markets in the US, you will help identifying potential customers, set up demos and presentations, and marketing materials to increase brand awareness.

In this role you will get to:

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify key insights and opportunities
  • Develop marketing campaigns, executing email campaigns, demos, social media strategies, and blog content
  • Analyze the latest trends, news, and ideas
  • Utilize cold contact strategies to generate leads to bring sales opportunities
  • Prepare client presentations and pitches


We are looking for people who:

  • Interest in B2B SaaS or HR Tech industry
  • Self-motivated and a team player with GRIT (Growth, Resilience, Intrinsic Motivation, Tenacity)
  • Ability to articulate ideas logically and is open to feedback to bring the best outcomes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging work environment


What are the role requirements?

  • At least 6 months of work availability
  • Fluency in English and Korean
  • Excellent communication and written skills.


💫 Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in working as an intern (B2B SaaS industry a plus).
  • Previous experience in marketing, sales, or research analysis.
  • Previous experience in operating Blogs, Social Media, or Websites.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (if applicable).
