As a member of the Global Team, you will primarily focus on reaching out and securing customers and partners in the US. Beginning with Corporate markets in the US, you will identify other key markets and plan go-to-market strategies to acquire new customers. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will build and maintain client relationships, set up demos and presentations, draft sales proposals, brand marketing materials to increase brand awareness, and you will become the main point of contact for customers.

In this role you will get to:
Market Research and Prospecting
Conduct market research to identify potential B2B clients in the US.
Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through proactive prospecting and networking.
Sales Presentation and Consultation
Engage with prospective clients to understand their challenges and objectives.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations illustrating how CLASSUM can address their needs.
Brand Marketing and Awareness
Develop and implement brand marketing strategies to increase the visibility and recognition of CLASSUM
Create and manage marketing campaigns, content, and social media presence to engage and attract B2B clients.

What are the role requirements?
Fluency in English and Korean
Have a strong desire to develop a career in B2B Sales
Have a excellent presentation and written skills
What are the preferred qualifications?
1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the HR Tech or software industry(startup).
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Willingness to travel as needed (if applicable).
Understanding of HR processes and challenges.
